About the company

Finding the right service

Do I need to know which service to choose?

No. Tell us about the goal, question or task, along with what you already have. We can help shape a practical brief before agreeing the work.

Explore our services
Can we hire you for a single project?

Yes. You can hire us for one project, a build or ongoing support. You do not need to buy every service. An initial review can help when the work or requirements are not yet clear.

Can a project include more than one service?

Yes, when the brief calls for it. A launch might include research, creative production and advertising. We agree each service, its cost and who reviews it. You do not have to buy services your project does not need.

How our services are organised

Cost, timing and delivery

How much do your services cost?

Cost depends on the work, complexity, production volume, tools, research method and support needed. We provide a proposal after discussing your project. Agency fees, ad spend, creator payments, software, usage charges and taxes are listed separately where they apply.

Read more about this topic
Is advertising spend included in your fee?

Not unless the written proposal says so. Ad spend is normally separate from agency fees. Creator rights, affiliate commissions, research incentives, AI usage and outside tools may also have separate costs.

When can a project start, and how long will it take?

That depends on availability, the work and the information or access needed. Your proposal sets milestones, review dates and checks for accepting the work. We confirm timing after reviewing the project.

How do you report progress and results?

We agree measures that fit the work. These may include suitable enquiries and cost per customer, finished content with usage rights, research findings, or completed automated tasks. Reports explain the results, data limits and recommended changes.

Can you guarantee sales, rankings or mentions in AI answers?

No. Results depend on your offer, budget, market, competition and platform decisions. We can commit to agreed work, reviews and reporting. We cannot control search rankings, ad approval or what an AI assistant includes in an answer.

What if the work changes or we need to cancel?

We document changes to cost, timing and deliverables before starting extra work. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind or cancellation. The agreed scope, notice period and authorised costs determine what is due. Our Refund policy explains the terms, including remedies required by law.

Marketing, creative and affiliate

Do you manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns?

Yes, where the product, account and market are eligible. We can plan campaigns, coordinate content, set up tracking, manage ads and report results. Access and platform requirements are checked before launch. Ad approval is not guaranteed.

How do UGC, influencer marketing and AI content differ?

User-generated content (UGC) uses real creator-made material, such as demonstrations. Influencer marketing also involves reaching a creator’s audience. AI content uses generated or AI-assisted production. These services have different rights and disclosure needs. Generated people or scenes must not be presented as real customer experiences.

Can you set up and run an affiliate program?

Yes. We can plan the program, recruit partners and manage terms, onboarding, tracking, content and reporting. We also review traffic and commissions. Program costs need to account for returns, cancellations and fraud. Paid relationships need appropriate disclosure.

Research & Intelligence

What kinds of research can LGM support?

We can research markets, customers, competitors, products and public conversation. Methods may include public-source analysis, interviews, surveys or concept testing. The question, permissions, sampling limits and intended decision shape the method.

How do you handle uncertain findings?

We separate findings from interpretation and assumptions, identify sources and explain the method and limits. A small sample or public conversation should not be presented as representative of everyone. Research informs a decision; it cannot guarantee a business outcome.

AI, voice and software

What can an AI agent do for our business?

It can answer approved questions, find information, qualify commercial enquiries, prepare research or carry out agreed tasks. We define access, tests and human support before release. An agent should have only the permissions it needs.

Do you offer voice agents, voiceovers and dubbing?

Yes. Voice agents handle calls for tasks such as support or booking. Voice production creates finished audio, including narration and dubbing. Call analysis uses recordings or transcripts you have permission to process. Each service needs its own permissions, reviews and setup.

Public communications

What political communications work do you offer?

We consider authorised public content, production, aggregate research, media monitoring and permitted general-audience advertising in India. Legal, electoral and platform review applies. We do not offer individual voter profiling, personalised political persuasion, voter suppression, deceptive impersonation or fake grassroots activity.

Public communications safeguards
What approvals does public communications work need?

The authorised organisation must identify its purpose, channels and approvers. Reliable source material, rights and the relevant legal, electoral and platform checks are needed before publication or advertising. We do not offer individual voter profiling or personalised political persuasion.

Privacy, rights and ownership

Who owns the code, designs, content and ad accounts?

The agreement sets ownership, licences and handover. Client-owned accounts should normally remain under client control. Custom work, reusable agency tools, open-source code, stock assets, creator content and outside AI models can have different rights. We explain the relevant terms before starting.

Starting a project

What should I include in an enquiry?

Tell us your goal, market, current campaigns or systems, and preferred timing. A budget range is helpful but optional. Do not send passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal data or confidential client records through the public form.

What happens after I send an enquiry?
