What the website offers
The website describes agency services and custom development. It does not currently sell a self-service software subscription, downloadable product licence or online course. Examples and product concepts do not promise unannounced features, support or availability.
Rights in commissioned work
The agreement must identify the deliverables and whether rights are licensed or assigned. It should state when rights transfer, the permitted uses, countries and duration, and any source-code or editable-file handover. Payment alone does not settle every underlying right.
Separate new deliverables from existing tools, reusable components, working drafts and third-party materials. Agree the rights the client needs to use the final work. We do not publish confidential client work in a portfolio without the required permission.
Third-party and AI material
Code libraries, fonts, stock assets, music, models and platform services can have separate licences, attribution rules, limits and charges. Identify material dependencies and restrictions before delivery. We cannot transfer rights we do not hold.
Review AI outputs for rights, originality and suitability. Generation by an AI tool does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright ownership or freedom from others' claims. Any specific warranty or indemnity must be expressly agreed and legally supportable.
Delivery, support and future subscriptions
Agree acceptance checks, supported environments, documentation, maintenance, security updates, support hours and service levels. A website description does not create unlimited revisions or permanent support.
Before accepting a future product or subscription order, disclose features, price, taxes, billing periods, limits, delivery, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support and data handling. A trial must not become a paid recurring charge without the disclosures and authorisation required by law.
Responsible use
Clients need authority to connect systems and supply data. Do not use software, automation or content for unauthorised access, spam, deceptive impersonation or infringement. Third-party services have their own terms. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Use the Concerns & rights page to report a rights issue.
Payment, access and end-of-project handover
No licence, assignment, source-code delivery or ownership transfer is implied by a demonstration or enquiry. Rights in final paid deliverables take effect only as stated in the accepted agreement, including any condition requiring full payment. LGM retains rights in its pre-existing tools and reusable materials unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The project must state what happens to accounts, credentials, client data and deliverables when work ends. Suspension for non-payment follows the agreement and applicable law; it must not involve unauthorised interference with a client’s systems or withholding data contrary to a legal duty.
The Refund policy applies when incorporated into the accepted commercial terms. The Website terms address contractual liability and Jaipur courts. A separate product licence must disclose any different enforceable terms before an order is accepted.
