Our no-refund policy

LucidGrowth Media Private Limited follows a no-discretionary-refund policy. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a change in business priorities, a reduced budget, non-use of an agreed service or cancellation for convenience. We do not offer a money-back or satisfaction guarantee.

This policy must be disclosed and incorporated into the accepted project terms before payment. It covers agency services, agreed retainers and custom deliverables under those terms. No paid order is created through the website forms. The policy does not retrospectively change an existing agreement.

What your payment covers

Your proposal must distinguish agency fees, milestones, reserved capacity, advertising funds and other external costs. A non-refundable reservation or setup fee must be expressly described before it is accepted; its purpose and amount must be supportable under applicable law.

Fees properly earned for work performed, deliverables supplied, agreed capacity reserved and authorised non-cancellable commitments are not refunded because you decide to stop, delay or change the project. A retainer pays for the services or availability stated in the agreement; unused hours do not automatically roll over or create a cash refund.

A payment held solely for a client’s future advertising or other external spending is accounted for separately from earned agency fees. LGM does not treat money it is not legally entitled to retain as an earned fee.

Changes, pauses and cancellations

Send a written request to your project representative or support@lucidgrowthmedia.com. State the project, requested stop date and change needed. Cancellation takes effect under the notice period and conditions in the accepted agreement; sending a request does not erase amounts already due.

We will confirm the status of work, authorised commitments, outstanding fees and handover requirements. Pauses and rescheduling depend on availability and may require a new timetable or additional agreed fees. Credits or substitute work are not an automatic entitlement.

A missed client approval, missing input, unused deliverable or client-side delay does not by itself create a refund right. Any additional cancellation charge must be expressly agreed, lawful and proportionate; we do not recover the same loss twice.

Advertising and third-party costs

Media, creator, talent, stock, licence, software, domain and other supplier charges follow the approved commitment and relevant supplier terms. Once committed, they may be non-cancellable or non-refundable. Supplier performance and platform decisions are not guaranteed by LGM.

Where a supplier returns funds or issues a credit attributable to the client’s budget, we account for it under the agreed arrangement and applicable law. An unrecovered supplier charge is not a reason to withhold a remedy that LGM is itself legally required to provide.

Delivery concerns and payment errors

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, identify the specific issue and provide relevant evidence promptly. We will assess it against the acceptance criteria and use the agreed correction process. A subjective preference outside the approved brief or a result we did not guarantee is not, by itself, a service failure.

We do not promise sales, rankings, leads, AI accuracy or campaign outcomes. This does not excuse a breach of an obligation we did accept. Correction, re-performance and other steps follow the agreement and applicable law.

Report a duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly collected payment promptly. A verified overpayment is a payment error, not an earned fee. We will resolve it using a verified route. Do not send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.

We may contest an inaccurate chargeback using relevant invoices, approvals and delivery records. This policy does not require you to give up a lawful bank-dispute or statutory complaint process.

Required remedies and dispute forum

The no-refund rule applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by applicable law, a binding order or an existing contractual obligation. Any amount that must be returned will be handled within the applicable legal or agreed timeframe through a verified payment route.

Indian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, including the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, where it has jurisdiction, apply as set out in the Website terms, subject to mandatory statutory forums. Contact legal@lucidgrowthmedia.com about a dispute.
