Our aim
We aim to make the site usable with keyboards, assistive technology, different screen sizes and reduced-motion preferences. Relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria guide design and testing. This is a target, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.
How the site is designed
We use clear headings, readable text, labelled controls, visible focus and useful form feedback. Essential meaning should not rely only on colour, animation or sound. Decorative artwork should not interrupt the reading order.
Checks need to be repeated as the site changes. Third-party security controls, optional videos, external websites and separate documents may have limits outside the core site. Guides remain readable without loading a video.
Limits and alternatives
We have not completed an independent audit of every assistive technology, browser and device. The public site is currently in English. Offering multilingual services does not mean every page or document is already translated.
If a form or security check prevents contact, email support@lucidgrowthmedia.com with the subject Accessibility, or write to our office address. Ask for another practical format if needed. We will discuss the information you need and what we can provide.
Report a barrier
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what prevented it. Browser, device and assistive-technology details can help but are optional. Do not send unrelated personal or medical information. We assess reports, look for practical alternatives and prioritise fixes by impact.
Requests and third-party content
You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis. We will assess the issue and offer a reasonable alternative where available.
External videos, platform controls and linked documents may have separate limitations. We will consider feedback on their use and on information within our control. This statement does not exclude an accessibility duty or remedy required by applicable law.
