Write to LucidGrowth Media Private Limited, WeWork Embassy TechVillage, Block L, Devarabisanahalli, Outer Ring Rd, Bellandur, Bangalore, Karnataka 560103, India. Existing clients can also use the representative in their agreement. Do not send sensitive evidence or identity documents through an ordinary form before a secure route is agreed.

Privacy and service complaints

Describe the issue, the information or project affected and the outcome you seek. For privacy requests, provide enough detail to locate the record and check your authority. If you act for another person, we may need evidence of that permission.

Our service target is to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and give a substantive response or progress update within 30 calendar days. Any shorter statutory deadline takes priority. Where law requires acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within one month or another period, we follow that requirement.

We explain further information needed and the reasons for our decision where appropriate. You remain free to approach a competent regulator, consumer forum, court or other statutory authority. Using this contact route is not a waiver of those rights.

Copyright, trademarks and other rights

Send the exact page URL and identify the disputed content and the work, mark or right involved. Explain your ownership or authority to act, provide a reliable contact route and say why you dispute the use. State the remedy you seek and confirm in good faith that the information is accurate.

We may ask for relevant evidence, contact a contributor or rights holder, restrict access during review, correct attribution or remove material where appropriate. A complaint does not automatically prove infringement. Lawful exceptions and other people's rights also matter.

This is a practical notice process. It does not claim that we run a public user-content platform or that a foreign notice regime automatically applies. Court orders, legal duties and urgent safety matters are handled under applicable law.

Corrections and responsible reporting

For a factual correction, identify the statement and provide a reliable source where available. We distinguish opinion from factual error and correct material inaccuracies appropriately.

Follow the Security information page for security reports and do not continue accessing private data. Do not send abusive, fraudulent or knowingly false complaints. We may retain the minimum information needed to investigate, record the response and comply with law, as explained in the Privacy notice.

Disputes, records and decisions

A complaint acknowledgement is not an admission of liability or a promise of compensation. We may request relevant evidence and preserve records needed to investigate or defend a claim. We will not require unnecessary sensitive documents through an ordinary form.

For contractual disputes, Indian law and the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, including the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, where it has jurisdiction, apply as stated in the Website terms. This does not prevent a report to an authority with mandatory jurisdiction or delay urgent relief.

The Refund policy sets out our no-discretionary-refund rule. Investigation of a concern does not automatically create an exception; any required legal or contractual remedy will be addressed on its facts.
