Voice assistants, audio production and call analysis for your business.
LGM builds voice assistants for defined call tasks, produces voiceovers and dubbing, and analyses recordings you are authorised to use. Each project has its own language, permission and review needs.
For businesses planning call support, brands producing audio and teams reviewing recordings they are authorised to use.
Support defined call tasks
Use a voice assistant for agreed jobs such as reception, booking or support, with a route to a person.
Produce finished audio
Create voiceovers, dubbing and language versions with pronunciation reviews and agreed usage rights.
Make recordings useful
Turn permitted calls into transcripts, summaries and follow-up records people can review.
Support the follow-up
Link suitable voice tasks to calendars, customer records and other business tools.
Three ways to work with voice
Producing audio, handling calls and analysing permitted recordings are different projects.
01
Intent or script
Define the use and intended output.
02
Permission and source
Confirm rights and the permitted use.
03
Three kinds of voice work
Voice production
Generate or adapt approved audio; deliver reviewed files.
Call agents
Handle permitted calls with disclosure and human fallback.
Recording analysis
Analyse recordings allowed for this purpose; review findings.
04
Content and language checks
Review accuracy, pronunciation and limits.
05
Disclosure and handover
Deliver files, analysis or operating instructions.
Controls throughout the work
Recording permission does not automatically permit cloning or contacting someone.
A call system needs a human handoff; a production file needs rights and release information.
An example structure for the work. The agreed scope defines the actual stages, deliverables and responsibilities.
YOUR DELIVERABLES
What you may receive.
Deliverables and formats depend on the agreed scope.
A call flow, audio production plan or recording-analysis plan for the service you choose.
The agreed voice agent, finished audio or analysis system.
Required integrations, language checks and pronunciation review findings.
Operating instructions, audio usage-rights documents and the agreed handover.
Ways to work with us: Voice agent builds; Audio production and language versions; Call analysis and ongoing improvements.

INPUTS & ACCESS
What we need from your team.
Tell us whether you need a voice agent, finished audio or recording analysis. Inputs may include scripts, call flows, languages, sample material and system requirements. We confirm recording rights, speaker permissions, required disclosures, reviewers and escalation routes before using the material.
Agency fees are separate from media, creator, research, software and usage costs unless the proposal says otherwise. Please do not send passwords or sensitive records through the public enquiry form.
Project fit and scope boundaries
A good fit
Businesses with defined call tasks and staff available for exceptions.
Brands with approved scripts, voices and source material.
Teams allowed to collect and use the recordings they want analysed.
What we do not offer
Voice cloning without permission, deceptive impersonation or fake endorsements.
Outbound calling without required permissions and telecom checks.
Publishing unchecked generated audio for important claims or instructions.

RELATED CAPABILITIES
When the project needs another skill.
You can engage this service alone. These capabilities may help when the work crosses into another area.
Voice cloning requires the speaker’s explicit permission and agreed usage terms. Recordings must be permitted for the intended processing. We do not support deceptive impersonation or fake endorsements. Outbound commercial calls also require consent and applicable checks.
Yes. Audio production is separate from voice agents. We agree the source material, languages, rights, revisions, formats and review process before starting.
Can you clone someone’s voice?
Only with the speaker’s explicit permission for an agreed use, and subject to provider checks and restrictions. We do not offer deceptive impersonation or fake endorsements. The agreement sets future use and voice-model access.
Can a voice agent make outbound commercial calls?
We can assess suitable uses. Consent, sender registration, numbering, provider rules and telecom requirements must be checked for the actual calls. Installing software alone does not make calling compliant.
Which languages can you support?
We confirm languages for the chosen tool and project. We also test the actual script, including pronunciation, language switching, timing and meaning. A provider’s language list is not enough.
Who owns the audio and source files?
The agreement sets rights to finished audio, licensed voices, performances, translations and editable files. Provider models may have separate terms. We explain these differences before production.
What affects cost and timing?
The source material, languages, integrations, permissions and review rounds affect the schedule. We list production fees, platform usage, telecom charges and ongoing support separately where they apply.
