AI Agents & Automation

AI agents and automation for the work your team repeats.

We build assistants that find approved information, prepare drafts and carry out defined tasks across business tools. Permissions, tests and human review are part of the design.

WHEN THIS HELPS

Practical help with repeat tasks.

For teams handling repeated enquiries, manual data entry or information spread across documents and business tools.

Define the task and the permission boundary

An agent uses approved inputs and tools within a task-specific set of rules.

  1. Approved sources and tools

    Use authorised information and access.

  2. Defined task

Prepare a response or proposed action.

  3. Permission boundary

    Permission check

Check the permitted action and limits.

  4. Human approval or escalation

    Pause restricted or uncertain work.

  5. Permitted output

Return a draft or execute an approved action.

  6. Logs and review

    Review task outcomes and failures.

Controls throughout the work

  • Stop for missing authority, unsupported input or a defined risk condition.
  • Human approval must precede any action that requires it.
  • Testing and permissions do not establish zero risk.

An example structure for the work. The agreed scope defines the actual stages, deliverables and responsibilities.

YOUR DELIVERABLES

What you may receive.

Deliverables and formats depend on the agreed scope.

Ways to work with us: Task reviews and prototypes; AI agent or automation builds; Ongoing testing and improvements.

COMMON USE CASES

Ways this can fit your work.

HOW IT WORKS

From first discussion to handover.

  1. 01

    Choose a useful task

We review how the task works today and whether AI, ordinary automation or a process change fits best.

  2. 02

    Set access and limits

We agree sources, system permissions, approval steps and what a correct result looks like.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We test common tasks, missing information, wrong requests and system failures.

  4. 04

    Hand over and support

We introduce the agreed system, train users and confirm who handles monitoring and maintenance.

INPUTS & ACCESS

What we need from your team.

Show us the workflow, the people using it and examples of typical tasks and exceptions. Identify approved information, connected systems and actions that require permission. We agree access, data handling, test cases, human fallback and who is responsible for operating the system.

Agency fees are separate from media, creator, research, software and usage costs unless the proposal says otherwise. Please do not send passwords or sensitive records through the public enquiry form.

Project fit and scope boundaries

A good fit

  • Teams with a repeat task and someone responsible for the process.
  • Businesses able to provide approved information and system access.
  • Projects that can start small and test results before adding more tasks.

What we do not offer

  • Automating an undefined process with no responsible owner.
  • Unrestricted access to sensitive records or high-impact actions.
  • Promises of error-free answers or replacing an entire team.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Important boundaries for this work.

An agent should have only the access it needs. Answers and actions require tests, limits and a human fallback. AI can make mistakes; monitoring, maintenance and usage costs are included only where the scope says so.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions you may have.

Do we need to choose an AI platform first?

No. Start with the task and the systems you use. We choose tools after reviewing the requirements. Some tasks are better handled by ordinary automation or a simpler process.

Can you connect an agent to our CRM or documents?

Often, if the tools allow suitable connections and you can provide authorized access. We also check source quality, integration limits and costs before agreeing the build.

What can the agent do without approval?

Only the actions agreed in its design. We define permissions, approval rules and stop conditions. A first version can be limited to reading information or preparing drafts.

How are our data and rights handled?

The proposal sets out access, data use, retention, ownership and handover. Outside platforms and models have their own terms. Confidential information should enter only an approved system.

How long does a build take?

Timing depends on the task, integrations, source data and tests. We agree milestones after the initial review, before committing to a larger build.

Is monitoring included after launch?

The agreement states who runs the system after handover. Ongoing tests, maintenance and improvements can be included or bought separately. Provider usage costs are listed separately.
