TRUST & STANDARDS

Clear standards for work that needs trust.

LGM publishes how it approaches privacy, sources, permissions, responsible AI and voice, security boundaries, ownership and public communications.

What these standards mean for your project.

This is a summary. The linked policies provide the detailed public information, and the agreed project terms define the engagement, subject to applicable law.

Clear scope

The project agreement defines deliverables, responsibilities, fees, milestones, reviews and approvals. An enquiry or website description does not create a paid engagement.

How we work

Sources and evidence

Research and guides distinguish source facts, findings, interpretation and uncertainty. We prefer original sources and explain relevant methods, dates and limitations.

Editorial and source standards

Responsible AI and voice

AI work needs an agreed purpose, controlled access, testing and human responsibility. Permission to record a voice is not automatically permission to clone it or contact someone.

Responsible AI & voice

Creator and affiliate disclosures

Creative use needs the relevant rights, and advertising claims need evidence. Paid creator and affiliate relationships require appropriate disclosure. Generated content must not be presented as a real customer’s experience.

Rights and licensing

Privacy and data processing

Website enquiries and newsletter requests have separate purposes and choices. Client projects involving personal data need agreed roles, instructions, access, providers, retention and handling terms.

Data-processing approach

Security boundaries

Security responsibilities depend on the systems and project scope. Our security information explains the public website’s boundaries and a safe reporting route. Published standards are not an independent certification.

Security information

Public communications safeguards

Political and public work needs authority, factual sources, approvals and relevant legal and platform review. We do not offer individual voter profiling, personalised political persuasion, political microtargeting, suppression or deceptive activity.

Public communications policy

Ownership and usable handover

The agreement defines deliverables, licences, account control and handover. New work, reusable tools, third-party materials and AI services can have different rights. We cannot transfer rights we do not hold.

Questions about our standards.

Do these standards replace a project agreement?

No. These pages explain our public approach. The accepted proposal or contract defines the actual work, fees, responsibilities, rights and other terms for the engagement.

Are published standards the same as certification?

No. Publishing a standard does not establish an independent audit or certification. Any specific audit result or service-level commitment needs separate evidence and agreement.

Does an enquiry permit marketing or AI training?

No. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or permit AI model training. The privacy notice explains how enquiry information is received, stored and used to review and answer your request.

A way to raise a concern.

Tell us the page or project involved, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Please leave out passwords, identity documents and unrelated sensitive information.
